There are a number of great titles on the way in May and we have selected five of the best to add to our subscriptions list.
First up we have the highly anticipated Fight Club 2. Written by Fight Club author Chuck Palahniuk with art from Cameron Stewart and covers by David Mack, it reveals the continuing story of the protagonist from the original book and cult film. Unfolding over ten issues, you can preorder the entire run from ACE Comics below!
Up next is another literary great – Alan Moore. Providence is his deconstruction and reinvention of longtime obsession HP Lovecraft‘s concepts, set throughout American history. Publisher Avatar Press is raising the expectations on this one and we think it’s going to be great.
Injection is the new, ongoing title from Warren Ellis and Declan Shalvey, the creative team behind the critically acclaimed Moon Knight. Promising to be science fiction, tales of horror, strange crime fiction, techno-thriller, and ghost story all at the same time, with Ellis at the helm it’s going to be worth reading.
Our fourth selection sees Dirk Gently, the creation of legendary science fiction author Douglas Adams and recent TV alter ego of Stephen Mangan, make the popular move to comic books. This new series sees Dirk arrive in San Diego to face a new country, new cases and new threats.
Finally, our latest Marvel Subscription is A-Force. Following on from the successful relaunch of X-Men as an all-female book, A-Force sees the great roster of Marvel’s Mightiest Women get their own explosive series.
